Countdown - 50 Years On

To celebrate 50 years of the iconic music television series Countdown, FORMATION partnered closely with ABC to produce all LED screen content and playback for this filmed-as-live broadcast special. Granted access to ABC’s extensive Countdown archives, we reimagined and re-edited classic performances into bold new visual takes, weaving nostalgia into a refreshed format. All screen outputs were delivered via our Disguise media servers, ensuring seamless integration with lighting, show cues, and camera direction.
